精油產品退貨特別規定

  • 精油產品因衛生及安全考量,拆封或使用後恕不接受退貨

  • 如商品有瑕疵或錯誤發貨,請於收到商品7天內聯繫客服,提供照片及相關證明,本店將提供免費退換貨或退款。

其他商品退貨

  • 其他非精油產品,請依上述一般退貨條件辦理。

退貨流程

  1. 請先聯繫客服申請退貨,取得退貨授權與運送指示。

  2. 將商品連同購買憑證寄回指定地址,逾期或未經授權寄回者恕不受理。

  3. 商品經本店檢驗確認無誤後,將於10個工作天內完成退款。

不適用退貨之品項

  • 客製化、個人化商品。

  • 特價品、禮品卡。

Thank you for shopping with us. Please carefully read our return policy to protect your rights and ensure product quality:

Return Period and Conditions

  • Returns can be requested within 30 days after receipt (14-day cooling off period for shipments to the EU).

  • Items must be in new, unopened, and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Special Policy for Essential Oils

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used essential oil products cannot be returned.

  • If the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt with photos and relevant proof. We will provide free exchange or refund.

Returns for Other Products

  • Non-essential oil products are subject to the general return conditions stated above.

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service to request a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  2. Send back the items along with the proof of purchase to the designated address. Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.

  3. After inspection, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
