Return Period and Conditions

Returns can be requested within 30 days after receipt (14-day cooling off period for shipments to the EU).

Items must be in new, unopened, and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Special Policy for Essential Oils

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used essential oil products cannot be returned.

If the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt with photos and relevant proof. We will provide free exchange or refund.
